Abstract: The purpose of this research is to study the lifestyle, product quality and consumer buying behavior of counter brand facial skincare for LGBT customers in Bangkok. The samples in this research consisted of 400 people. The results of this research were as follows: aged between 20-29 years old, held Bachelor’s degree, worked in private companies and had an average income of 15,001-25,000 Baht. Their average expenses were 3,564 Baht per time, and at an average frequency of 1.37 time per month. The hypotheses testing results found the following: (1) LGBT customer with different demographics, such as age, education, occupation and income had different buying behavior of counter brands with a statistical significance of 0.05; (2) lifestyle in terms of opinion influenced buying behavior of counter brand facial skincare of average expenses, and lifestyle in terms of activity influenced on buying behavior of counter brand facial skincare of an average frequency and with a statistical significance of 0.05; (3) product quality in terms of features, durability and aesthetics influenced the buying behavior of counter brand facial skincare on average expenses and product quality in terms of reliability and conformance influenced on buying behavior of counter brand facial skincare of an average frequency with a statistical significance of 0.05.
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ดูแลผิวหน้า ระดับเคาน์เตอร์แบรนด์ ของผู้บริโภคที่มีความหลากหลายทางเพศ (LGBT) ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 400 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่มีอายุ 20-29 ปี มีการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี/เทียบเท่า ประกอบอาชีพพนักงานบริษัทเอกชน และมีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนอยู่ที่ 15,001-25,000 บาท มีค่าใช้จ่ายในการซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ดูแลผิวหน้า ระดับเคาน์เตอร์แบรนด์ เฉลี่ย 3,564 บาท/ครั้ง และมีความถี่โดยเฉลี่ยในการซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ดูแลผิวหน้า ระดับเคาน์เตอร์แบรนด์ 1.37 ครั้ง/เดือน ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า (1) ลักษณะประชากรศาสตร์ ได้แก่ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ และรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน ที่แตกต่างกัน มีพฤติกรรมการซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ดูแลผิวหน้า ระดับเคาน์เตอร์แบรนด์ แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 (2) รูปแบบการดำเนินชีวิต ด้านความคิดเห็น มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ดูแลผิวหน้า ระดับเคาน์เตอร์แบรนด์ ด้านค่าใช้จ่าย (บาท/ครั้ง) และรูปแบบการดำเนินชีวิต ด้านกิจกรรม มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ดูแลผิวหน้า ระดับเคาน์เตอร์แบรนด์ ด้านความถี่โดยเฉลี่ย (ครั้ง/เดือน) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 (3) คุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ ด้านหน้าที่เสริม ด้านความทนทาน และด้านสุนทรียภาพ มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ดูแลผิวหน้า ระดับเคาน์เตอร์แบรนด์ ด้านค่าใช้จ่าย (บาท/ครั้ง) และคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ ด้านความน่าเชื่อถือ และด้านการตรงต่อข้อกำหนด มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ดูแลผิวหน้า ระดับเคาน์เตอร์แบรนด์ ด้านความถี่โดยเฉลี่ย (ครั้ง/เดือน) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
