THE DEVELOPMENT OF CREATIVE DRAMA LEARNING ACTIVITIESFOR STIMULATING EXECUTIVE FUNCTION SKILL IN SELF CONTROL BEHAVIOROF KINDERGARTEN STUDENTS

Abstract

This research has the objective to develop creative drama learning activities for simulating executive function skills in the self-control behavior of kindergarten students and to compare the results regarding executive function skills in the self-control behavior of kindergarten students after the pretest and posttest. The study occurred during the second semester of Srinakharinwirot University Demonstration School (Elementary) 2023 academic year with 30 third-year kindergarten students, both male and female, aged 5-6 and were the sample group. The participating students were selected based on the purposive sampling method are presented with three aspects of executive function skills in self-control behavior, which included concentration, emotional control and self-evaluation. The results were as follows: (1) 12 sets of creative drama learning activities for stimulating executive function skills in self-control behavior were developed and approved by specialized experts with the highest measure of Index of Item - Objective Congruence (IOC). The activities included plan 1-4, regarding concentration, plans 5-8 focusing on developing emotional control and plans 9-12 on self- evaluation; (2) the results of the tests conducted pre-and-post activities to compare indications of executive function skills in self-control behavior showed that the average scores of the pretests were lower than the results of the post-tests with a self-evaluation test using evaluation forms showing highest average score followed by the average score the concentration indication test and the self-control indication test, respectively.

การวิจัยการพัฒนาชุดกิจกรรมละครสร้างสรรค์เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการคิดที่มีผลต่อการควบคุมตนเองในเด็กปฐมวัย งานวิจัยชิ้นนี้เป็นงานวิจัยแบบกึ่งทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. พัฒนาชุดกิจกรรมละครสร้างสรรค์ เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการคิดที่มีผลต่อการควบคุมตนเองในเด็กปฐมวัย 2. เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลการใช้ชุดกิจกรรมละครสร้างสรรค์ เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการคิดที่มีผลต่อการควบคุมตนเองในเด็กปฐมวัย ก่อนและหลังการทดลอง กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นักเรียนชายและหญิงที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในชั้นอนุบาลปีที่ 3 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 โรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ ประสานมิตร (ฝ่ายประถม) จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ ชุดกิจกรรมละครสร้างสรรค์เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการคิดที่มีผลต่อการควบคุมตนเอง และแบบประเมินพัฒนาการด้านการคิดเชิงบริหาร (EF) ในเด็กก่อนวัยเรียน (MU.EF-101) ของศูนย์ประสาทวิทยาศาสตร์ สถาบันชีววิทยาศาสตร์โมเลกุล ม.มหิดล ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ชุดกิจกรรมละครสร้างสรรค์เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการคิดที่มีผลต่อการควบคุมตนเองในเด็กปฐมวัย ประกอบด้วย สื่ออุปกรณ์และแผนกิจกรรมจำนวน 12 ชุด โดยชุดกิจกรรมที่ 1 – 4 มุ่งพัฒนาด้านการใส่ใจจดจ่อ ชุดกิจกรรมที่ 5 – 8 มุ่งพัฒนาด้านการควบคุมอารมณ์ และชุดกิจกรรมที่ 9 – 12 มุ่งพัฒนาด้านการติดตามประเมินตนเอง โดยกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ในแต่ละกิจกรรมประกอบด้วยทฤษฎีการจัดกิจกรรมละครสร้างสรรค์สำหรับเด็กปฐมวัย คือ การใช้ประสาทสัมผัสทั้ง 5 การใช้ความทรงจำ จินตนาการ ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และการสวมบทบาทสมมติภายใต้สถานการณ์และกติกาที่ตกลงร่วมกัน และ 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบการใช้ชุดกิจกรรมละครสร้างสรรค์เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการคิดที่มีผลต่อการควบคุมตนเองในเด็กปฐมวัย ก่อนและหลังการทดลอง พบว่า ผลการทดลองเปรียบเทียบตัวบ่งชี้ทักษะการคิดที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการยับยั้งชั่งใจ ก่อนและหลังการจัดกิจกรรมละครสร้างสรรค์ทั้ง 3 ด้าน มีระดับคะแนนเฉลี่ยก่อนจัดกิจกรรมต่ำกว่าหลังจัดกิจกรรม โดยจากการใช้แบบประเมินด้านการติดตามประเมินตนเอง ผลประเมินอยู่ในระดับสูงสุด รองลงมา ตัวบ่งชี้ปัญหาด้านการใส่ใจจดจ่อ และตัวบ่งชี้ปัญหาด้านการควบคุมอารมณ์ ตามลำดับ
