DEVELOPMENT OF DANCING ART CLASSROOM BY APPLY LEARNING COMMUNITY MODEL OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DANCE TEACHERS

Abstract

The research objectives are as follows: (1) to investigate the current conditions and guidelines for developing a dance classroom using the learning community model among primary school dance teachers; (2) to develop a dance classroom using the learning community model in collaboration with primary school dance teachers; and (3) to assess the effectiveness of developing dance classrooms using the learning community model among primary school dance teachers. The research utilized a sample group consisting of 370 individuals and 20 experts for studying current conditions and development guidelines. The tools included questionnaires, interview forms, and expert opinion questionnaires. For the development of the dance classroom, six volunteer dance teachers and 150 primary school students participated, with tools such as the dance classroom, dance teacher competency assessment forms, and student innovation ability assessment forms. The data analysis methods included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-tests. The key findings included the following: (1) the development of the dance classroom involves six components and four steps; (2) after development, the abilities of dance teachers significantly improved at a level of .05; (3) the average performance of students increased during the study, with the experimental group showing higher ability levels compared to the control group, both during and after the study, with a statistical significance of .05; (4) the experimental group demonstrated significantly higher scores for creative dance innovation ability compared to the control group at a level of .05

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและแนวทางการพัฒนาห้องเรียนนาฏศิลป์โดยใช้รูปแบบชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ของครูนาฏศิลป์ระดับประถมศึกษา 2. เพื่อพัฒนาห้องเรียนนาฏศิลป์โดยใช้รูปแบบชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ของครูนาฏศิลป์ระดับประถมศึกษา 3. เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิผลการพัฒนาห้องเรียนนาฏศิลป์โดยใช้รูปแบบชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ของครูนาฏศิลป์ระดับประถมศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและแนวทางการพัฒนา จำนวน 370 คน และผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 20 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ 1) แบบสอบถามสภาพปัจจุบันและความต้องการ 2) แบบสัมภาษณ์และแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการพัฒนาห้องเรียนนาฏศิลป์ คือ ครูอาสาสมัครนาฏศิลป์ จำนวน 6 คน และผู้เรียนระดับประถมศึกษา จำนวน 150 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในงานวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) ห้องเรียนนาฏศิลป์ฯ 2) แบบประเมินความสามารถครูนาฏศิลป์ 3) แบบประเมินความสามารถในการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมของผู้เรียน 4. แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของครู วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่า 1)ห้องเรียนนาฏศิลป์ฯ ที่พัฒนาขึ้นมี 6 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) การบริหารจัดการห้องเรียนนาฏศิลป์ 2) การจัดสภาพแวดล้อมในการเรียนการสอนนาฏศิลป์ 3) การออกแบบและสร้างนวัตกรรมนาฏศิลป์ 4)กระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้นาฏศิลป์ 5) ชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ และ 6) การวัดและประเมินผล โดยมี 4 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ 1) ขั้นสำรวจตรวจสอบ 2) ขั้นวางแผน 3) ขั้นดำเนินการจัดการ 4) ขั้นสรุปรายงานผล ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ความสามารถหลังการดำเนินการพัฒนา ครูนาฏศิลป์มีความสามารถสูงขึ้นอย่างมีนัยยะสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2) ผู้เรียนมีค่าเฉลี่ยเพิ่มขึ้นจากก่อนเรียน ในระหว่างเรียนกลุ่มทดลองมีผลรวมความสามารถในการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุม อย่างมีนัยยะสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และกลุ่มทดลองหลังเรียนมีค่ามากกว่ากลุ่มควบคุม 3) ผลการศึกษาความสามารถในการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมนาฏศิลป์ กลุ่มทดลองมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยความสามารถในการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมนาฏศิลป์สูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยยะสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
