THE PROJECT EVALUATION OF THE NEW INNOVATIVE AND CREATIVE ENTREPRENEURS CREATION PROJECT

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze and characterize the cost and benefits of the new innovative, and creative entrepreneur creation project in three sectors. In terms of Agriculture and Biotechnology, Food and Future food, Digital and Smart Electronics. This project was studied by collecting secondary data and primary data is obtained from questionnaires. There were 592 new entrepreneurs in three sectors and were interviewed. Agriculture and Biotech had (221 participants); Food and Future Food (242) participants; and Digital and Intelligent Electronics (129 participants). This project analyzed the data collection with descriptive percentage, analyzing costs and benefits and analyzing sensitivity. The results of the study after participating in the project was that Agriculture and Biotechnology, which had the highest numbers of established businesses, followed by the Food and Future Food, while digital and smart technology increased employment, and employment was at the highest in terms of digital. This was followed by the Food and Future Food, while Agriculture and Biotechnology were the lowest. The three sectors found it worthwhile to implement the project. Food and Future Food was the best sector, followed by Agriculture and Biotechnology while digital and smart technology were the lowest. Therefore, the government should implement policies to support new entrepreneurs in each sector. Food and Future Food should support different product ideas. Agriculture and Biotechnology should support should support technology and Innovation to reduce cost. Digital and smart technology should support funding for established businesses.

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะ และวิเคราะห์ความคุ้มค่าจากต้นทุนและผลตอบแทนของโครงการสร้างและพัฒนาผู้ประกอบการใหม่เชิงสร้างสรรค์และนวัตกรรมสาขาเกษตรแปรรูปและเทคโนโลยีชีวภาพ สาขาอาหารแปรรูปและอาหารแห่งอนาคต สาขาดิจิทัลและอิเล็กทรอนิกส์อัจฉริยะ โดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลทุติยภูมิ ได้แก่ข้อมูลงบประมาณโครงการ ฯ และข้อมูลปฐมภูมิที่ได้จากแบบสอบถามเพื่อทำการสัมภาษณ์ ผู้ประกอบการที่เข้าร่วมโครงการทั้ง 3 จำนวน 592 คน ได้แก่ สาขาเกษตรแปรรูปและเทคโนโลยีชีวภาพ 221 คน สาขาอาหารแปรรูปและอาหารแห่งอนาคต 242 คน สาขาดิจิทัลและอิเล็กทรอนิกส์อัจฉริยะ 129 คน และนำข้อมูล มาวิเคราะห์ลักษณะของโครงการ ฯ ในเชิงพรรณนาร้อยละ และวิเคราะห์ความคุ้มค่าของโครงการ ฯ พร้อมทั้งวิเคราะห์ความอ่อนไวผลการศึกษาพบว่าหลังจากการเข้าร่วมโครงการ สาขาเกษตรแปรรูปและเทคโนโลยีชีวภาพเป็นสาขาที่มีคนจัดตั้งธุรกิจมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือสาขาอาหารแปรรูปและอาหารแห่งอนาคต และน้อยที่สุดคือสาขาดิจิทัลและเทคโนโลยีอัจฉริยะ โดยสาขาที่มีการจ้างงานมากที่สุดคือสาขาดิจิทัลและเทคโนโลยีอัจฉริยะ รองลงมาคือสาขาอาหารแปรรูปและอาหารแห่งอนาคต และลำดับสุดท้ายคือ เกษตรแปรรูปและเทคโนโลยีชีวภาพ ซึ่งทั้ง 3 สาขาอุตสาหกรรม มีความคุ้มค่าในการดำเนินโครงการผลการวิเคราะห์ความคุ้มค่าของโครงการ สาขาที่ให้ผลตอบแทนโครงการมากที่สุดคือสาขาอาหารแปรรูปและอาหารแห่งอนาคต สาขาเกษตรแปรรูปและเทคโนโลยีชีวภาพ และสาขาดิจิทัลและเทคโนโลยีอัจฉริยะ ซึ่งภาครัฐ ควรดำเนินนโยบายสนับสนุนการพัฒนาผู้ประกอบการ สาขาอาหารแปรรูปและอาหารแห่งอนาคต ควรสนับสนุนการสร้างความแตกต่างของสินค้า สาขาเกษตรแปรรูปและเทคโนโลยีชีวภาพ ควรส่งเสริมเรื่องเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมเพื่อการลดต้นทุน และสาขาดิจิทัลและอิเล็กทรอนิกส์อัจฉริยะ ควรสนับสนุนเงินทุนในการจัดตั้งธุรกิจ ต่อไป
