dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this research is to study the factors affecting purchasing decisions on Samsonite products in the E-marketplace. The components of this research study were the 7C’s model of technology and brand equity. The research instrument was quantitative research and qualitative research. The results of the qualitative research were used to support the quantitative research. In order to evaluate the hypotheses, the data collection was carried out by surveying 405 Samsonite customers and the data was collected by in-depth interviews with nine people who were experienced in the E-marketplace. The statistics used for data analysis included percentage, means, standard deviation and multiple regression analysis. The results revealed that the 7C’s model (Content, Community, Customization, Connection and Commerce) had an influence on customer decision-making regarding buying Samsonite products in the E-marketplace with a statistical significance of 0.05. Moreover, the brand equity factors which influenced on customer decision-making of buying Samsonite products through the E-marketplace were brand quality and other proprietary brand assets with a statistical significance of 0.05. It was also consistent with the opinions of the experts in the same direction.en
dc.description.abstractการวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์แซมโซไนท์ผ่านตลาดกลางพาณิชย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ โดยศึกษาถึงปัจจัยด้านองค์ประกอบของเว็บไซต์พาณิชย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ 7C’s และ ปัจจัยคุณค่าตราสินค้า(Brand Equity) งานวิจัยชิ้นนี้ใช้เทคนิคการวิจัยแบบผสมผสานทั้งเชิงคุณภาพและเชิงปริมาณ ซึ่งจะนำผลวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพมาสนับสนุนผลการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้บริโภคที่เคยซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์แซมโซไนท์ผ่านตลาดกลางพาณิชย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 405 ตัวอย่าง และกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพจำนวน 9 ท่าน ซึ่งใช้แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์เป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติเชิงอ้างอิงที่ใช้ในการทดสอบสมมุติฐานที่ระดับนัยสําคัญ ทางสถิติ 0.05 ทดสอบสมมติฐานด้วยสถิติ Multiple Regression Analysis การทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า ปัจจัยด้านองค์ประกอบของเว็บไซต์พาณิชย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ 7C’s ได้แก่ ด้านเนื้อหา, ด้านความเป็นชุมชน, ด้านการปรับแต่ง, ด้านการเชื่อมโยง และด้านการพาณิชย์ มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์แซมโซไนท์ผ่านตลาดกลางพาณิชย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05  และ ปัจจัยคุณค่าตราสินค้า ได้แก่ ด้านคุณภาพที่ถูกรับรู้ และ ด้านสินทรัพย์ประเภทอื่น ๆ ของตราสินค้า มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์แซมโซไนท์ผ่านตลาดกลางพาณิชย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับทัศนะของผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่ให้สัมภาษณ์มีความคิดเห็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกันth
