dc.description.abstractThe objectives of this research are to study the marketing mix on customer perspective and technology acceptance influencing buying behavior trends among consumers using delivery services in the Bangkok metropolitan area. The sample consisted of 400 consumer who bought beverages using a delivery application on smartphones in the Bangkok metropolitan area.  A questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection. The statistics for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The statistical hypothesis testing included a t-test, one-way analysis of variance and multiple regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing were as follows: (1) consumer with a different gender and monthly income had a different buying behavior trends of beverages by using delivery service as a behavioral trend for future buying behavior, behavior to recommend others to buy beverages using a delivery application at a statistically significant level of 0.05.; (2) the effects of the marketing mix on customer perspectives, including consumer needs and wants, convenience, communication and cost to consumers had an influence on buying behavior trends of beverages using delivery service applications for future buying behavior with a statistically significant level of 0.05 and could be explained by an adjusted R2 of 44.3%; (3) the effect of the marketing mix on customer perspectives, including convenience, consumer needs and wants and cost to consumers had an influence on buying behavior trends of beverages by using a delivery service to recommend others to buy beverages using delivery application at a statistically significant level of 0.05 and could be explained by an adjusted R2 of 42.2%; (4) technology acceptance, the perceived usefulness of technology and the perceived ease of use of technology had an influence on buying behavior trends of beverages using delivery service as a part of behavioral trends of future buying behavior with a statistically significant level of 0.05 and could be explained by an adjusted R2 of 54.4%; (5) the acceptance of technology, the perceived ease of use of technology and the perceived usefulness of technology have an influence on buying behavior trends in beverage by using delivery service in part of the behavior to recommend others to buy a beverage by using delivery application at a statistically significant level of 0.05 and could be explained by an adjusted R2 of 51.5%.en
dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาส่วนประสมทางการตลาดในมุมมองลูกค้าและการยอมรับด้านเทคโนโลยีที่มีอิทธิพลต่อแนวโน้มพฤติกรรมการซื้อเครื่องดื่มผ่านการใช้บริการเดลิเวอรี่ของผู้บริโภคในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้บริโภคที่ซื้อหรือเคยซื้อเครื่องดื่มผ่านแอปพลิเคชันเดลิเวอรี่บนโทรศัพท์มือถือสมาร์ทโฟนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 400 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติที่ใช้ในการทดสอบสมมติฐาน คือ การวิเคราะห์ความแตกต่างโดยการหาค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และสถิติการวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณ ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า (1) ผู้บริโภคที่มีเพศและรายได้แตกต่างกัน มีแนวโน้มพฤติกรรมการซื้อเครื่องดื่มผ่านการใช้บริการเดลิเวอรี่ ด้านในอนาคตจะซื้อเครื่องดื่มผ่านแอปพลิเคชันเดลิเวอรี่และด้านจะแนะนำและชักชวนให้คนรู้จักมาซื้อเครื่องดื่มผ่านแอปพลิเคชันเดลิเวอรี่ แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 (2) ส่วนประสมทางการตลาดในมุมมองลูกค้า ด้านคุณค่าที่ลูกค้าจะได้รับ ด้านความสะดวกในการซื้อ ด้านการติดต่อสื่อสาร และด้านต้นทุนของผู้บริโภค มีอิทธิพลต่อแนวโน้มพฤติกรรมการซื้อเครื่องดื่มผ่านการใช้บริการเดลิเวอรี่ ด้านในอนาคตจะซื้อเครื่องดื่มผ่านแอปพลิเคชันเดลิเวอรี่ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 โดยสามารถอธิบายได้ร้อยละ 44.3 (3) ส่วนประสมทางการตลาดในมุมมองลูกค้า ด้านความสะดวกในการซื้อ ด้านคุณค่าที่ลูกค้าจะได้รับ และด้านต้นทุนของผู้บริโภค มีอิทธิพลต่อแนวโน้มพฤติกรรมการซื้อเครื่องดื่มผ่านการใช้บริการเดลิเวอรี่ ด้านจะแนะนำและชักชวนให้คนรู้จักมาซื้อเครื่องดื่มผ่านแอปพลิเคชันเดลิเวอรี่ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 โดยสามารถอธิบายได้ร้อยละ 42.2 (4) การยอมรับเทคโนโลยี ด้านการรับรู้ถึงประโยชน์ และด้านการรับรู้ว่าง่ายต่อการใช้งาน มีอิทธิพลต่อแนวโน้มพฤติกรรมการซื้อเครื่องดื่มผ่านการใช้บริการเดลิเวอรี่ ด้านในอนาคตจะซื้อเครื่องดื่มผ่านแอปพลิเคชันเดลิเวอรี่ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 โดยสามารถอธิบายได้ร้อยละ 54.4 (5) การยอมรับเทคโนโลยี ด้านการรับรู้ว่าง่ายต่อการใช้งาน และด้านการรับรู้ถึงประโยชน์ มีอิทธิพลต่อแนวโน้มพฤติกรรมการซื้อเครื่องดื่มผ่านการใช้บริการเดลิเวอรี่ ด้านจะแนะนำและชักชวนให้คนรู้จักมาซื้อเครื่องดื่มผ่านแอปพลิเคชันเดลิเวอรี่ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 โดยสามารถอธิบายได้ร้อยละ 51.5th
