This study is quantitative research and the objective is to study the factors related to the behavior of mobile banking users. This study applied two main theories: (1) consumer behavior theory, which examines the personal and behavioral factors of mobile banking users and non-users with different relationships; and (2) the diffusion of innovation theory, which was applied to study the behavioral patterns of mobile banking users and used S–Curve technology to collect data through paper-based surveys and in-depth interviews with two groups of three hundred and sixty-seven samples and fifty samples, respectively, who all lived in Bangkok. The tools used for analysis included the Binary Choices Model and basic statistics. The results revealed that the personal and behavioral factors that effected their decisions to use mobile banking included the following: age, occupation, educational status, skills in terms of frequency and duration and people with influence or recommended transactions. And the behavioral patterns of fifty mobile banking users in Bangkok could be classified into four groups, as follows: (1) early majority; (2) early adopters; (3) late majority; and (4) innovators were 48%, 26%, 24%, and 2%, respectively. The majority of mobile banking users can be described as an early majority group, because if the most influential people in society accept mobile banking, it will result in social values that influence the acceptance group to start using mobile banking and to use it until mobile banking is accepted in daily financial transaction channels and reducing cash spending in Bangkok.en
