Abstract: The objectives of this research are as follows: (1) to establish a curriculum that effectively enhances undergraduate students' innovative entrepreneurship skills; and (2) to study the effectiveness of a training curriculum to enhance innovative entrepreneurship skills among the undergraduates. The sample group of curriculum implementation were 20 undergraduates’ students in Zhoukou Normal University. The research was divided into four phases: basic data study, curriculum design, curriculum implementation, and evaluating the effectiveness of the curriculum. The instrument composed of, curriculum for enhance innovative entrepreneurship skills, lesson plans, and scoring rubrics of innovative entrepreneurship skills. The results found that, the curriculum composed of 8 unit such as introduction to innovation and entrepreneurship, innovative thinking and innovative entrepreneurship methods, innovation practices and creative evaluation, innovation and entrepreneurship practice and case analysis, team building and leadership, market research and competition, business plans and road shows, financing and investment. In addition, the curriculum effectiveness met the criteria by the sample group have innovative entrepreneurship skills after implementation the curriculum higher than before at statistical significant .01 level.
