dc.description.abstractSports dance is an activity combining music, dance and sports, which plays an important role in improving the self-image of teenagers. The empirical study explores the effectiveness of enhancing adolescent self-image through sports dance. The findings suggest that exercise dancing can significantly improve the physical, social and psychological image of adolescents, thereby improving their self-esteem, social skills and mental health. Therefore, sports dance can be used as an effective educational tool to help teenagers to better understand themselves, shape themselves, and improve their self-image and self-confidence.en
