THE DEVELOPMENT OF A CREATIVE DRAMA TO PREVENT BULLYING BEHAVIORFOR CHILDREN 9-10 YEARS OLD

Abstract

The purpose of this experimental research is to develop creative drama activities to prevent bullying behaviors of 9-10 year old children and to compare the results of bullying behaviors of 9-10 year old children before and after the drama activities. The sample consisted of 20 students who exhibited bullying behaviors in three dimensions: physical, verbal, and relational aggression, at Waleerat Wittaya School in Bangkok. The 20 students were selected through targeted sampling by a fourth grade elementary school teacher. The bullying behaviors of students were observed over a period of five weeks, and they participated in nine creative drama activities for a total of 720 hours from July 18th to August 30th, 2022. The research tools are as follows: (1) the observation form of bullying behaviors; (2) lesson plans for creative drama activities to prevent bullying behaviors; and (3) the assessment form of bullying prevention skills among 9-10 year old children before and after the drama activities. The data were analyzed using the SPSS program. The process of analysis was to collect results from the observation form of student behavior: bullying behavior towards others among 9-10 year old children, which were categorized before and after teaching using creative drama activities in the fifth week. A comparison of the results from observing the bullying behaviors of students between the pre-test and post-test showed that the 20 students who participated in the creative drama activities had gradually improved their behavior. The comparison of the effectiveness of the creative drama activities to prevent bullying behavior towards others among 9-10 year old children showed that for activities one to nine, there were 19 students in the good category and one student in the fair category of the post-activity evaluation.

การศึกษาวิจัยในครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงทดลอง มีจุดมุ่งหมายในการวิจัย 1) เพื่อพัฒนาชุดกิจกรรมละครสร้างสรรค์การป้องกันพฤติกรรมการกลั่นแกล้งรังแก ผู้อื่นของเด็กในช่วงอายุ 9- 10 ปี และ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลการป้องกันพฤติกรรมการกลั่นแกล้งรังแกผู้อื่นของเด็กในช่วงอายุ 9- 10 ปี ก่อนและหลังฝึกด้วยกิจกรรมละครสร้างสรรค์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นเด็กในช่วงอายุ 9-10 ปี ที่มีพฤติกรรมการกลั่นแกล้งรังแกผู้อื่น 3 ด้าน คือ 1. ด้านร่างกาย 2. ด้านคำพูด 3. ด้านคุกคามในเชิงสัมพันธภาพ ของโรงเรียนวลีรัตน์วิทยา จังหวัดกรุงเทพ โดยมีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 20 คน โดยการคัดเลือกมาจากคุณครูที่สอนในระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ทำแบบสังเกตพฤติกรรมการกลั่นแกล้งรังแกผู้อื่นของนักเรียน ระยะเวลาในการทดลอง 5 สัปดาห์ 9 แผนกิจกรรมละครสร้างสรรค์ รวมทั้งสิ้น 720 ชั่วโมง ตั้งแต่เมื่อวันที่ 18 กรกฎาคม 2565 ถึง 30 สิงหาคม 2565 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1. แบบสังเกตพฤติกรรมการกลั่นแกล้งรังแกผู้อื่นของเด็กในช่วงอายุ 9-10 2. แผนการสอนจัดกิจกรรมละครสร้างสรรค์ เพื่อป้องกันพฤติกรรมการกลั่นแกล้งรังแกผู้อื่นของเด็กในช่วงอายุ 9-10 ปี 3. แบบประเมินทักษะก่อนและหลังเกี่ยวกับการป้องกันพฤติกรรมการกลั่นแกล้งรังแกผู้อื่นของเด็กในช่วงอายุ 9-10 ปี สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และมีขั้นตอนในการวิเคราะห์โดยรวบรวมข้อมูลผลจากแบบสังเกตพฤติกรรมนักเรียน : พฤติกรรมการกลั่นแกล้งรังแกผู้อื่นสำหรับเด็กในช่วงอายุ 9-10 ปี ที่ได้ จำแนกออกเป็นก่อนและหลังการสอนโดยใช้กิจกรรมละครสร้างสรรค์ สัปดาห์ที่ 5 เพื่อดำเนินการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลผลการประเมินเด็กที่มีพฤติกรรมการกลั่นแกล้งรังแก ผู้อื่น ในช่วงอายุ 9- 10 ปี ก่อนและหลังการสอนด้วยกิจกรรมละครสร้างสรรค์ 1. ผลจากการเปรียบเทียบแบบสังเกตพฤติกรรมนักเรียน : พฤติกรรมการกลั่นแกล้งรังแกผู้อื่น สำหรับเด็กในช่วง 9 – 10 ปี ก่อนและหลัง Pretest-PostTest แสดงให้เห็นว่ามีจำนวนนักเรียน 20 คนที่ได้ทำกิจกรรมละครสร้างสรรค์ สรุปให้เห็นว่านักเรียนมีการพัฒนาพฤติกรรมในทางที่ดีขึ้นตามลำดับ 2.ผลการเปรียบเทียบกิจกรรมละครสร้างสรรค์เพื่อป้องกันพฤติกรรมการกลั่นแกล้งรังแกผู้อื่นสำหรับเด็กในช่วงอายุ 9 - 10 ปี กิจกรรมที่ 1- 9 แสดงให้เห็นว่ามีจำนวนนักเรียน 20 คน อยู่ในเกณฑ์การประเมินทำหลังกิจกรรม เกณฑ์ ดี 19 คน , เกณฑ์พอใช้ 1คน
