DIGITAL LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORSAND ORGANIZATIONAL ATMOSPHERE AFFECTING SCHOOLGUIDANCE SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION OFSECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE2

Abstract

The aims of this research are as follows: (1) to study the level of digital leadership among school administrators and the organizational climate of schools under the authority of the Bangkok Secondary Educational Service Area Office Two; (2) to study the relationship of digital leadership of school administrators and school organizational climate; (3) to study the factors affecting the digital leadership of school administrators and atmosphere, and the organization of schools and guidance system administration under the authority of the Bangkok Secondary Educational Service Area Office Two. The sample group was 364 teachers and the tool was a five-level estimation questionnaire with a reliability of 0.94. The statistics included mean, percentage, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression. The results of the research were as follows: (1) the overall level of administration of the guidance system in schools was at a high level; (2) the digital leadership of school administrators was at a high level overall; (3) the level of organizational atmosphere was at a high level; (4) the digital leadership of school administrators had a positive correlation with school guidance system administration at a medium level (r) = .398, significantly and statistically at a level of .05. The organizational climate was correlated with guidance system administration in schools at a moderately positive level (r) = .546 with a statistical significance at .05; and (5) digital leadership of school administrators and organizational atmosphere can predict guidance administration in schools at 29.9% with a statistical significance of .05.

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1)เพื่อศึกษาระดับของภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและบรรยากาศองค์การของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 2 2)เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและบรรยากาศองค์การของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 2 กับการบริหารระบบการแนะแนวแนวในโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานครเขต 2 3)เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลของภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและบรรยากาศองค์การของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 2 กับการบริหารระบบการแนะแนวแนวในโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 2 จำนวน 364 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถามประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.94 สถิติที่ใช้ในการ วิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับการบริหารระบบการแนะแนวแนวในโรงเรียน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ระดับภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ระดับมาก 3)ระดับบรรยากาศขององค์การโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 4) ภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์กับการบริหารระบบการแนะแนวในโรงเรียนในทางบวกระดับปานกลาง (r) = .398 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 บรรยากาศขององค์การมีความสัมพันธ์กับการบริหารระบบการแนะแนวในโรงเรียนในทางบวกระดับปานกลาง (r) = .546 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05)ภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและบรรยากาศขององค์การสามารถพยากรณ์การบริหารระบบการแนะแนวในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานครเขต 2 ได้ร้อยละ 29.9 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
