STUDY OF RHYTHM READING SKILLS ACHIEVEMENT USING THE RHYTHM READING APPLICATION ON THE iOS SYSTEM AMONG SECOND YEAR SECONDARY SCHOOL STUDENTS AT TRIAMUDOMSUKSAPATTANAKARN SCHOOL

Abstract

The objectives of this research are as follows: (1) to create a note rhythm reading application for the iOS operating system; (2) to compare the note rhythm reading ability attainment before and after using the note rhythm reading application on the iOS operating system; and (3) to investigate how satisfied the users were with iOS-based rhythm-reading software. The participants in the study consisted of second-year secondary school students, in room 9-16, and in the first semester of the 2021 academic year at Triamudomsuksapattanakarn School. It utilized smartphones with an iOS operating system and a population of 20 people were the sample group in this study and it employed a simple random approach. The tools used in this research consisted of the following: (1) an iOS-based note-rhythm-reading application; (2) an educational exam on rhythm notes; and (3) a satisfaction rating form for using the application on the iOS operating system. The results of the research revealed the following: (1) an application to read rhythm notes on the iOS operating system of second-year secondary school student at Triamudomsuksapattanakarn School created by the researcher provided an efficiency at 100.00/90.00, which was higher than the appointed criteria of 80/80; (2) the accomplishment of the students on rhythm reading abilities with the use of iOS-based rhythm-reading had an average of 8.70 pre-test results before utilizing the application. However, after the application, students had an average test result of 18.00. When the test results were compared before and after using the program, with a t-value was 45.04, indicating that the skills of students in reading the note rhythm were higher after using the rhythm-reading application on the iOS operating system at a statistically significant level of .05; and (3) the average score for student satisfaction was 4.76, with a standard deviation of 0.45, suggesting that the students were pleased with the application at a level of excellent.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชันการอ่านจังหวะโน้ตบนระบบปฏิบัติการไอโอเอส ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 โรงเรียนเตรียมอุดมศึกษาพัฒนาการ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ด้านทักษะการอ่านจังหวะโน้ตก่อนและหลังการใช้แอปพลิเคชันการอ่านจังหวะโน้ตบนระบบปฏิบัติการไอโอเอส ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 โรงเรียนเตรียมอุดมศึกษาพัฒนาการ และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจในการใช้แอปพลิเคชันการอ่านจังหวะโน้ตบนระบบปฏิบัติการไอโอเอส ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 โรงเรียนเตรียมอุดมศึกษาพัฒนาการ กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 ห้อง 9-16 ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2564 โรงเรียนเตรียมอุดมศึกษาพัฒนาการ ที่ใช้สมาร์ทโฟนบนระบบปฏิบัติการไอโอเอส จำนวน 20 คน โดยวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ประกอบด้วย 1) แอปพลิเคชันการอ่านจังหวะโน้ตบนระบบปฏิบัติการไอโอเอส 2) แบบทดสอบทางการเรียน เรื่อง จังหวะโน้ต 3) แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจในการใช้แอปพลิเคชันการอ่านจังหวะโน้ตบนระบบปฏิบัติการไอโอเอส ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) แอปพลิเคชันการอ่านจังหวะโน้ตบนระบบปฏิบัติการไอโอเอส ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 โรงเรียนเตรียมอุดมศึกษาพัฒนาการ ที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น มีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 100.00/90.00 สูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่ผู้วิจัยกำหนดไว้ 80/80 2) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ด้านทักษะการอ่านจังหวะโน้ตโดยการใช้แอปพลิเคชันการอ่านจังหวะโน้ตบนระบบปฏิบัติการไอโอเอส นักเรียนมีค่าเฉลี่ยของผลการทดสอบก่อนเรียนอยู่ที่ 8.70 แต่หลังจากการใช้แอปพลิเคชัน นักเรียนมีค่าเฉลี่ยของผลการทดสอบ อยู่ที่ 18.00 ซึ่งเมื่อนำผลของการทดสอบก่อนและหลังการใช้แอปพลิเคชันมาทำการเปรียบเทียบ พบว่า ค่า t มีค่าเท่ากับ 45.04 แสดงให้เห็นว่า นักเรียนมีทักษะการอ่านจังหวะโน้ตก่อนและหลังการใช้แอปพลิเคชันการอ่านจังหวะโน้ตบนระบบปฏิบัติการไอโอเอส หลังการเรียน สูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3) ความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนได้คะแนนเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.76 และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานมีค่าเท่ากับ 0.45 แสดงให้เห็นว่านักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อการในการใช้แอปพลิเคชันการอ่านจังหวะโน้ตบนระบบ ปฏิบัติการไอโอเอส ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 โรงเรียนเตรียมอุดมศึกษาพัฒนาการ อยู่ในระดับ มากที่สุด
