PRINCIPALS’ TECHNOLOGICAL LEADERSHIP AFFECTING TEACHERS’ TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION AND TEACHERS’ ATTITUDE TOWARDS THE USE OF TECHNOLOGIESIN SCHOOLS IN THE SUPHANBURI PRIMARY EDUCATION SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

Abstract

The purposes of this study are as follows: (1) To study the level of technological leadership among principals, the level of technology integration among teachers, and the attitudes of teachers towards the use of technology; (2) to study the relationship between the technological leadership of principals and the technology integration and attitudes of teachers regarding technology; (3) to create a predictive equation of technological leadership and technology integration and attitudes toward technology usage in schools. The samples of this study were 317 teachers in the schools under the authority of the Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area Office One, in the 2020 academic year. The stratified random sampling was performed using school size, after sampling by a simple random draw to get the total number of the sample group. The instrument used for data collection was five-point rating scale questionnaires. IOC (Index of Item - Objective Congruence) was valued at 0.80-1.00 and reliability of technological leadership was .98, the reliability of technology integration was .98, and attitude to technology was .96. The data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, Multivariate Multiple Regression (MMR), and Univariate Multiple Regression. The findings revealed the following: (1) the level of technological leadership among principals, the level of technology integration among teachers, and the attitudes of teachers toward the use of technologies were at a high level in all aspects; (2) the prediction variable is the technological leadership of principals and the dependent variables are technology integration and the attitudes of teachers on the use of technologies in schools, at a statistically significant level of .05. The multiple correlation coefficient between the prediction variable and technology integration and attitudes to technology were .66 and .62, respectively, and all aspects were statistically significant at a level of .05.; (3) the technological leadership of principals affected technology integration and attitudes of towards technology was at 44.00% and 39.00%, respectively, with a statistically significant level of .05.

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ระดับการบูรณาการเทคโนโลยี และระดับเจตคติต่อการใช้เทคโนโลยีของครู 2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการบูรณาการเทคโนโลยี และเจตคติต่อการใช้เทคโนโลยีของครู และ 3) เพื่อสร้างสมการพยากรณ์ของภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อการบูรณาการเทคโนโลยีและเจตคติต่อการใช้เทคโนโลยีของครูในสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ คือ ครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุพรรณบุรี เขต 1 ปีการศึกษา 2563 จำนวน 317 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา จากนั้นทำการสุ่มอย่างง่ายโดยจับฉลากเพื่อให้ได้จำนวนครบตามกลุ่มตัวอย่าง เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลในครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเที่ยงตรงของแบบสอบถาม อยู่ระหว่าง 0.80 - 1.00 ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีเท่ากับ .98 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของการบูรณาการเทคโนโลยีของครูเท่ากับ .98 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นของเจตคติต่อการใช้เทคโนโลยีของครูเท่ากับ .96 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบตัวแปรตามพหุนาม และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบตัวแปรเอกนาม ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ระดับการ บูรณาการเทคโนโลยีของครู และระดับเจตคติต่อการใช้เทคโนโลยีของครู อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน 2) ตัวแปรพยากรณ์ คือ ภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับตัวแปรเกณฑ์ ได้แก่ การบูรณาการเทคโนโลยี และเจตคติต่อการใช้เทคโนโลยีของครู มีความสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณระหว่างตัวแปรพยากรณ์กับการบูรณาการเทคโนโลยีและเจตคติต่อการใช้เทคโนโลยีของครู มีค่าเท่ากับ .66 และ .62 ตามลำดับ ซึ่งทุกด้านมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาส่งผลต่อการบูรณาการเทคโนโลยีและเจตคติต่อการใช้เทคโนโลยีของครู อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ได้ร้อยละ 44.00 และ 39.00 ตามลำดับ
