THE STUDY OF BAND PRACTICE ACHIEVEMENT WITH EXERCISE BASED ON CANON FOR BRASS INSTRUMENT IN MARCHING BAND LOWER SECONDARY SARASAS WITAED RATCHAPHRUEK SCHOOL

Abstract

This purpose of this research is to develop learning achievement for band practice with exercises based on the Canon for Brass instruments among lower secondary students in the marching band at Sarsas Witaed Ratchaphruek School and a satisfaction survey on brass instruments at Sarsas Witaed Ratchaphruek school. A sample group consisted of lower secondary students by purposive sampling with eight students. The process is continuous by a One group pretest – posttest design. The research instruments were as follows: (1) exercises based on the Canon for Brass instruments among lower secondary students in the marching band; (2) achievement screen; and (3) the satisfaction survey form. The data analysis is employed a t-test on the dependent sample, mean and standard deviation (SD). The findings indicated the following: (1) the study of the band practice achievement pretest and posttest with exercises based on the Canon had a posttest score higher than the pretest score, with a statistical significance of .05; and (2) the students indicated that their satisfaction was at the highest level (Mean = 4.08, SD = 0.414).

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการปฏิบัติรวมวง ด้วยแบบฝึกหัดตามหลักแคนนอน สำหรับเครื่องลมทองเหลืองในวงโยธวาทิตระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น โรงเรียนสารสาสน์วิเทศราชพฤกษ์ และเพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนเครื่องลมทองเหลืองในวงโยธวาทิตระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น โรงเรียนสารสาสน์วิเทศราชพฤกษ์ที่มีต่อแบบฝึกหัดตามหลักแคนนอน กลุ่มตัวอย่างของการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ คือ นักเรียนเครื่องลมทองเหลืองระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น โรงเรียนสารสาสน์วิเทศราชพฤกษ์ เป็นการเลือกแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 8 คน การดำเนินการทอดลองในครั้งนี้ใช้แผนวิจัยแบบ One Group Pretest – Posttest Design เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ 1. แบบฝึกหัดตามหลักแคนนอนสำหรับนักเรียนเครื่องลมทองเหลืองในวงโยธวาทิต 2. แบบประเมินผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการปฏิบัติรวมวงของนักเรียนเครื่องลมทองเหลืองในวงโยธวาทิต 3. แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนเครื่องลมทองเหลืองในวงโยธวาทิตที่มีต่อแบบฝึกหัดตามหลักแคนนอน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์คือ t-test Dependent Sample ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) ผลจากการวิจัยพบว่า ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการปฏิบัติรวมวง ก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนด้วยแบบฝึกหัดตามหลักแคนนอน หลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05 ความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อแบบฝึกหัดตามหลักแคนนอนอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยมีคะแนนค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) เท่ากับ 4.80 และคะแนนค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) เท่ากับ 0.414
